A bit about me:​

Mechanical Engineer with a minor in Manufacturing, acquired at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. I have also acquired a Master's degree in Simulation Sciences from RWTH Aachen University, in Aachen, Germany. I chose this path of studies because I find it makes me capable of not only understanding technical problems but also being able to think of modern, real world implementation techniques to solve them.
Through my manufacturing minor I have acquired a wide range of hands on experience that has given me knowledge in many machining processes, included but not limited to: milling, lathes, foundry processes. In high school I had also received my "Green Card", MassDOT certification, in welding and therefore was sought out to lead a welding course at my university, teaching 100's of students the basics of welding processes.
Besides for my extensive hands-on experiences, due to my master's program, I also have a strong background in numerical applications and algorithms. My wide range of different internship and work experiences. has also helped to solidify my theoretical and applicable skillset even further.

I am currently working in a software company that focuses on enterprise VPN solutions in Nuremberg, Germany. This has opened my mind to cybersecurity and the importance it has on everyday products and engineering solutions. This experience has also furthered my knowledge and understanding in different encryption algorithms and communication techniques for secure communications between used devices.
Overall, I would consider myself a life long learner. I strive to always be a part of a team that puts worth on growth and advancement. I am determined not to stagnate in my career and capabilities, which is why I am also currently self-studying towards an LPIC-1 certification. Afterward I hope to pick up a deeper understanding of C++ through another online course.
